• "Not Known" Is a Real Answer — a question the site could not answer is recorded separately from one nobody has asked yet, producing an automatic evidence request list showing what is still needed from the customer and why. Download it as a spreadsheet and send it on.
• Evidence on Its Own Schedule — upload drawings and asset exports during the workshop or weeks later. Extraction runs on the server: close the window or restart, and it resumes rather than starting over.
• A Defensible Security Level — the achieved level counts only what was actually evidenced; anything nobody could confirm is reported as indeterminate rather than assumed. Each zone carries an assessment-confidence figure so the number can be read in context.
• Findings You Can Argue With — priority is calculated from zone consequence and how fundamental the gap is, and can be overridden with a recorded reason. Re-running the analysis never overwrites your written text.
• Reusable Business-Case Library — twelve OT controls ship with a full business case and a vendor-neutral technical justification table that doubles as the customer's evaluation criteria.
• Phased Roadmap and Word Report — sequence findings across implementation phases and export a complete .docx with document control, key findings, zone and asset tables, the roadmap and per-control business cases.
